POLICIES & REFUNDS

All deliveries and local pickups within 48 hours of delivery or prior are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future purchase.

 

Grazing Tables will not be eligible for a refund unless Asheville Charcuterie Co. is unable to perform the function in which they have been hired for. If a Grazing Table is cancelled, then the purchaser is eligible for credit towards a future purchase. A 3-week notice MUST be given before any refunds on grazing tables.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it to a workshop that has been purchased we are more than happy to give you a credit to our next workshop.

For private workshops, a cancellation after full payment will only be eligible for the remainder of what has been paid. All deposits are non-refundable.
